Challenge 1: Hidden Plumbing Line
একটি দেওয়াল ভাঙার সময় পুরনো একটি পাইপলাইন পাওয়া যায় যা মূল প্ল্যানে ছিল না। এটি প্রজেক্টের টাইমলাইনকে ঝুঁকিতে ফেলেছিল।
Our Solution: আমাদের আর্কিটেক্ট এবং প্লাম্বার মিলে ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে নতুন লেআউট ডিজাইন করেন এবং পাইপলাইনটি सफलतापूर्वक সরিয়ে দেন, যাতে প্রজেক্টের সময় নষ্ট না হয়।
Challenge 2: Material Unavailability
ক্লায়েন্টের পছন্দের ইতালিয়ান টাইলস সাপ্লাই চেইনের সমস্যার কারণে আসতে দেরি হচ্ছিল, যা পুরো প্রজেক্টকে পিছিয়ে দিতে পারতো।
Our Solution: আমরা আমাদের সরবরাহকারী নেটওয়ার্ক ব্যবহার করে কলকাতা থেকেই প্রায় একই রকম দেখতে আরও উন্নত মানের একটি বিকল্প টাইলস খুঁজে বের করি এবং ক্লায়েন্টের অনুমোদন নিয়ে সেটি ব্যবহার করি।
